Jiliv Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Policy

Jiliv is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Jiliv and its members.

By using Jiliv's services, you confirm that: you are over 18 years of age; you are using this service voluntarily; the information you have provided is accurate and truthful; and you agree to comply with all parts of these terms and conditions.

Jiliv may update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of a dispute, the English version shall prevail.
• Jiliv reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue any of its services.
• Jiliv is not liable for any losses caused by technical issues or third-party services.

Each person may only register one account on Jiliv. Creating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts and their balances may be permanently forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be accurate. Your name, date of birth, and contact details must match your National ID. Providing false information is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions.

You are responsible for the security of your own account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

• One person, one account — this rule is strictly enforced.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Opening an account in the name of a company or group is not permitted — only personal accounts are allowed.

Deposits at Jiliv can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum daily deposit limit depends on your account verification level and loyalty tier.

Always use the correct payment reference when making a deposit. Funds sent with an incorrect reference may take longer to recover and a processing fee may apply.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of a third party or using a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited.

A fully completed KYC verification is required before making a withdrawal. Once verified, the withdrawal process becomes faster. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Switching to a different payment method may require additional verification.

• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — once the wagering requirements are met and the amount is transferred to your main balance, you may then withdraw it.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by loyalty tier — it increases progressively from Bronze through to Platinum.
• To prevent money laundering, Jiliv may request additional documentation for large withdrawals.
• Jiliv reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation if any suspicious transactions are identified.

All bonuses, promo codes, and voucher offers at Jiliv are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus. Jiliv reserves the right to cancel a bonus if its conditions are not met.

Wagering or playthrough requirements mean you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times before withdrawing. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a 1,000 BDT bonus means you need to place 5,000 BDT in bets. A minimum odds of 1.50 applies for bets to count toward wagering.

• Two bonuses generally cannot run at the same time — unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• The welcome bonus is for new members only — the same person cannot claim it a second time by creating a new account.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once its validity period expires.
• Jiliv reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is detected, your account may be suspended.

Once a bet is confirmed on Jiliv, it cannot be changed — unless the "Cash Out" feature is available, in which case you may close the bet early under specific conditions. Make sure you're certain before placing a bet.

If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded as void bets. However, in certain situations — such as when a match has already reached a specific stage — different rules may apply. Sport-specific rules can be found in the "Sports Rules" section.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jiliv reserves the right to void the affected bets. In cases of a palpable error, bets may be recalculated at the correct odds.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the Jiliv platform. Violations may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Using third-party payment methods or depositing from someone else's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activities.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Disrespectful or threatening behaviour toward the support team.

If Jiliv finds evidence of a terms violation, it may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, the account balance may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time — either temporarily (cool-down) or permanently. To do so, contact our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

If you wish to appeal an account closure decision, you may submit a detailed appeal to support@jiliv.best. Jiliv will respond with a decision within 7 business days.

Jiliv is committed to promoting responsible betting. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a primary source of income. With that in mind, Jiliv has put a number of protective measures in place.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits.
• You can take a break from the platform using the "Cool-Down" feature, available for periods ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• A permanent self-exclusion option is available to remove yourself from the platform indefinitely.
• If signs of problem gambling appear, Jiliv will proactively reach out to assist the member.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
